tell you exactly, because I'm not the designer, I'm Her assistant

that it is fabualous being a part of the crew that creates , in my opinion,
some pretty great stuff

include making sure all the costumes are built, bought , rented, fit and
altered in time for their big camera date...

rest of the crew and basically keep the wardrobe looking as the designer
intended.

use color to distinguish character, mood, or other tie-ins?

important on our show...

noticed it's a very tight color pallette we whave here on the plywood station....

is in earth tones or neutrals like blacks and greys

in general and in the background not only gives and unified (futuristic,
if you will) look, but it gives us the opportunity to use jewel tones on
say, Delenn and really make her into a romantic princess..

a pretty moody show and we like to reflect that in the wardrobe

people just to dress and undress him on thge set. And the poor guy
got down on his knees to help the dressers out. He was so sweet and
never complained

in on every fitting since 101, so I guess you could say ther's a certain
amount of collaboration that goes on

to think of it as "major" it seems so isolated up here in outer space,
but it certainly is great fun and a costumers dream show.

designer beginning work next week on Call to Arms . Her name is Christina
Haatanin, and don't hold me to that spelling. I don't have it in
front of me.

with the make-up people, so that the costumes don't interfere with the
prosthetics?

their designs are completed first, then the designer work up a design based
on what she perceives about that race , than she and I work together to
make4 sure necks fit over prosthetics, hands are covered,etc
